The Fear of Being Seen
The fear of being seen means you have to become confident in your practice. The practice of being you, so that when people try to instill fear in you to make you turn against yourself you can be strong enough to continue with your practice as intended. Sometimes when you’re seen for who you really are people will try to sabotage that and make you feel less confident about it. People people people… man will critique you as you critique yourself. They will expect more things from you. They will put more illusions on you, but that’s when you realize no one else’s opinion matters only your own. It’s true people feel about you the way you feel about you.
I also believe that people can only meet you at the level they’ve met themselves. Something I’ve learned the hard way is that everyone is perceiving and understanding the world differently than you. I really thought we were out here with the same thinking processes.
It’s like we live in our own unique reality. Do you know you the way everyone knows you or do you know yourself like no one else?
