Let's just start by talking to yourself nicely.
Hi Virgo Moon here! I am one of the biggest overthinkers I know. I overanalyze every moment and interaction I have. It can be exhausting. Creating these whole narratives in my head, realities that don't even exist (or seriously hoping they don't). Over-criticizing myself and scowling at every imperfection. What a terrible mindset loop to find yourself in, right? Those endless what ifs..
How to differentiate between reality and fantasy? If you could choose a reality where you are happy, at peace, and loved, would you? Would you let yourself live in a timeline where everything goes right?
Imagine more mental health because thoughts may become reality. If we control our thoughts, could we control our reality?
YOU ARE NOT ALONE
Start by imagining situations that go in your favor. You are allowed to imagine the best for yourself. When we start allowing ourselves to accept a better possibility, the situation can change for the better.
We are worthy.
We are safe.
We are free.
We are creating a better reality together.
Overstimulated - a state where the brain and nervous system receive more sensory, emotional, or mental input than they can handle, leading to overwhelming feelings of stress, irritability, or exhaustion.
Step away. Call your energy back. Recharge. Don't feel bad for sleeping when you are tired. Normalize taking that mental health day. We give ourselves grace because the world does not care to. We are not perfect- actually far from it. Did you know the angels are jealous that we are allowed to f**k up and make "sinful" decisions? We have free will, and the angels don't; they have forced perfection. It's a privilege to be able to make mistakes and learn from them. Sometimes our mistakes even save us. I love it when the reality of things turns into a silly joke.
When you're not napping through the anxiety, visit the earth and spend time in the sun. When the birds sing, we are safe. Breathe. Take a moment to spend time with your breath.
When it is a new dawn and a new day, we have the power to do something different. Find something to laugh about, show kindness, and treat yourself to a treat :)
